The Palace at Washington Square – Design-Build Excellence

The Palace at Washington Square in San Francisco represents the finest in architectural design, courtesy of Rudeen Architects.

The 5-story project consists of nineteen high-end residential apartments, an underground parking garage, roof garden and a ground floor restaurant. The project is located on Powell Street in the heart of San Francisco and within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf and the Financial District.

15000 Inc. teamed up with City Front Plumbing to produce this complex design-build project. A residential high-rise building is one of the more challenging plumbing engineering designs. The complexity and coordination required to route multiple risers, vents, storm and sanitary drains through the building is significant. It requires in-depth knowledge of the nuances of the plumbing code. Every aspect of the design received close scrutiny from the San Francisco Building Department.
