Zazu Restaurant “The Barlow”, Sebastopol, CA

Stars of Emeril, The Iron Chef, Rachel Ray and the Food Network, the owners of Sonoma County’s Zazu Restaurant are nationally recognized for their sustainable foods. In fact, many of their dishes come straight from their own farm. Their success recently led them to grow into a larger restaurant at Sebastopol’s “The Barlow” development.

The Barlow brings together the very best wine makers, food producers and artisans, creating a space that offers a direct connection between the consumer and the makers of the local products they love. It’s a place for the community to conduct business, share food and enjoy art, wine and time together.

15000 Inc. has been fortunate to design a number of new facilities within The Barlow. We jumped at the chance to design the HVAC and Plumbing systems for the new Zazu Restaurant. Integrating the mechanical and plumbing system equipment into the natural ambiance of The Barlow was key to the success of the project for both the owner and the developer.
