Pomo Elementary School Modernization, Clearlake, CA
The Pomo Elementary School is nestled at the base of picturesque Mount Baldy in the rural area of Lake County. The school serves over 700 Kindergarten through 8th grade students. The modernization project was designed in conjunction with Quattrocchi Kwok Architects and included the Administration Building, Library and the Multi-Purpose Building.
The project included and accelerated schedule to meet the school opening date. The HVAC systems included a variety of high-efficiency gas furnaces, split system heat pumps and split system DX cooling units.
All new plumbing services were extended to the new fixtures and included coordinated demolition of existing floor slabs.
